At Unique Imports, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

• Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it on the same day or the next business day.
• Every order is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment to ensure it reaches you safely.
• After processing, your parcel is booked and handed over to our trusted courier partner.

🚚 Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your parcel has been dispatched.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your city, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details on emails so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

📦 Open Parcel Before Payment

We offer an Open Parcel Before Payment service. You may inspect your parcel before paying the courier.

If you find the product damaged or incorrect, simply return it to the courier rider immediately without accepting the parcel.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
